Family Circle of Care (FCC) and its staff are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare to you, our valued patient. To maintain this commitment, FCC requests at least 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer that time to another patient in need of care.
No-Show Policy
Patients who have three (3) No-Shows within a rolling 12-month period will no longer be eligible to schedule appointments in advance and will be limited to walk-in visits only.
Late Arrival / Grace Period
To help keep appointments on schedule and reduce wait times for all patients:
• All FCC appointments have a 10-minute grace period, unless otherwise specified below.
• Behavioral Health and Internal Medicine appointments have a 15-minute grace period.
• Patients arriving after the applicable grace period may experience a delayed appointment or may be asked to reschedule
