A one-stop shop for pediatrics, adult medicine, mental health in Chapel Hill.

Family Circle of Care is proud to offer its FIRST School-Based Clinic program, located on the Chapel Hill High School campus. The program offers access to primary medical care and mental health services for Chapel Hill Independent School District (CHISD) employees, students, their families, as well as the general public. The clinic can see members of the Chapel Hill community for:

  • Preventive Health Visits (well checks, immunizations, etc.)
  • Sick visits
  • Athletic physicals
  • Diagnosis and treatment of illness and injury
  • Follow-up and potential referral for serious illness or injury
  • Lab services and diagnostic testing, including rapid strep, RSV and flu
  • Medical screenings (blood pressure, hearing, vision, scoliosis, etc.)
  • Nutritional health education and counseling
  • Mental health counseling and referrals
  • General dentistry for children and adults (coming soon)

Insurance We Accept

Family Circle of Care accepts most insurance plans, including Medicaid, Medicare and CHIP. A sliding fee scale is available for those who are uninsured or underinsured. We provide services regardless of residency status, or ability to pay.

Located within the Chapel Hill high school campus, our first school-based clinic will be open to the public. To access the clinic, please enter the campus from CR 215 (Baseball Road) off of Highway 64, at the corner of Bethel Baptist Church.
