At Family Circle of Care, we have been providing healthcare services for Tyler and our surrounding areas for over 30 years. We believe health care is a right, not a privilege, and everyone who comes through our doors will receive the treatment they need, with compassion, integrity, and respect.
In Texas, one out of every five people has no health insurance. That’s the highest uninsured rate in the nation. Unfortunately, the need is greater right here in East Texas, where one in four people are uninsured. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, FCC is the medical home for thousands of underserved families in East Texas. In 2023, we provided over 110,000 services to almost 31,000 unique patients.
