Family Medicine Services at FCC

Family Medicine clinicians see all members of the family from newborns to seniors. At FCC, we start to transition pediatric patients to family medicine clinicians when the patient and clinician think the adolescent’s needs can be better met by a more adult-based approach. Family medicine clinicians provide wellness and preventive care, while also seeing patients for sick visits.
