Family Circle of Care to Open School-Based Clinic in Chapel Hill
Family Circle of Care plans to open a new comprehensive medical clinic located on the campus of Chapel Hill High School, in partnership with Chapel Hill Independent School District. The first of its kind in Smith County, this school-based health clinic will combine medical care for adults and children, mental health services and family dentistry into a one-stop-shop for patients in Chapel Hill and surrounding communities.
This is the first school-based clinic opened by Family Circle of Care, and will be the eighth clinic in their health system. The Family Circle of Care – Chapel Hill Clinic will be open in time for the 2024-2025 school year.

Located in the Career and Technology building on the Chapel Hill High School campus, Family Circle of Care will be able to provide health and wellness services right in the heart of Chapel Hill. The new clinic will be open 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday all year and provide the following services:
Pediatric and Family Medicine
Mental Health Counseling – Individual and Group
Family Dentistry
Social Services and Community Resource Assistance
